Cora Restaurant is thrilled to announce the launch of its exclusive Dinner Series at The Club House, beginning on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025.
Kicking off the series is an extraordinary Champagne Dinner featuring a four-course menu curated by Head Chef Tapos Singha, expertly paired with exquisite Champagnes from Moët Hennessy.
Hosting the evening is Dean O’Reilly, Moet Hennessy Prestige ambassador for Australia & New Zealand, who will share his expertise and stories behind each champagne selection.
